  • Submit official transcripts from your nursing education program which led to initial licensure. To avoid processing delays please submit your transcripts as part of your application packet.
  • Register for a Background Check
    • Click on Schedule a New Appointment
    • Select Department of Health Licensure and Regulation
    • Choose Bureau of Health Licensure
    • Enter your OCA number
