- Complete a criminal background check. Fingerprint cards and instructions will be mailed to you once you complete your application. Be aware that the criminal background check costs $38.
- Notes: To complete the online application, you need to have Adobe Reader, Javascript enabled, and Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher with compatibility mode Your browser must also be set up to accept cookies.
